SHIPPING
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. For most countries, we will deliver within 5-14 business days. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

ADDITIONAL TAXES AND CHARGES
Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. Our product prices include taxes, and Sakulove is responsible for all known taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties, and excise duties. However, it does not include taxes due to force majeure factors such as punitive taxes.

If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.

Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift for customs clearance.
