Design 2D & 3D Models
Our design team creates detailed 2D sketches and 3D models based on your specifications for your review and approval.
Design process:
- Create initial 2D concept drawings
- Develop detailed 3D renderings
- Refine designs based on your feedback
Mold Creation
After design confirmation and 30% deposit, we begin crafting precision molds according to the finalized specifications.
Key activities:
- Receive 30% deposit payment
- Fabricate precision molds based on approved designs
- Maintain strict quality control throughout the process
Template Creation & Approval
We produce a physical template from the mold for your evaluation and confirmation before moving to production.
Template evaluation:
- Create a physical template from the finished mold
- Evaluate structure, dimensions, and appearance
- Make adjustments if necessary based on your feedback
Mold Production
After template approval, we proceed with full mold production to prepare for manufacturing.
Production phase:
- Finalize mold based on approved template
- Prepare for trial production phase
- Ensure all specifications are met
Small-Batch Trial Production
We conduct a limited production run and perform rigorous quality tests to ensure the product meets all specifications.
Testing & validation:
- Produce initial samples for evaluation
- Conduct water-resistance, aging, and impact tests
- Verify functional requirements are met
Mass Production
Mass production will be scheduled upon fulfillment of the following prerequisites:
Prerequisites for Production:
- Approval of the production sample.
- Final confirmation of all order specifications.
- Agreement on shipping and packaging terms.
Delivery&Support
Upon confirming the delivery method, we will issue and send the packing list.
Processing:
- Receive the remaining 70% payment.
- Finalize and confirm all packaging details with the customer.
- Ship the completed products and provide the packing list.
- Supply design files and initiate after-sales support.
