HOW TO USE?
- After cleaning the ball, apply appropriate collagen lubricant to the ball.
- Lie flat on your knees and gently place the ball in place of your vagina.
- When it is put into the vagina, it can be combined with light exercises, such as walking, yoga, swimming, and other exercises.
- After removing Kegel balls, rinse with warm water, wipe and keep them.
