HOW TO USE?

After cleaning the ball, apply appropriate collagen lubricant to the ball.
Lie flat on your knees and gently place the ball in place of your vagina.

When it is put into the vagina, it can be combined with light exercises, such as walking, yoga, swimming, and other exercises.
After removing Kegel balls, rinse with warm water, wipe and keep them.
