All orders are dispatched from our distribution centre within 1-2 business days. Your order should be safely in your arms within 5-8 business days with Express Shipping.
It's what's on the inside that counts. All our orders are sent in plain parcel packaging (think of the most basic parcel you can imagine) without any logos or branded labels. Our discreet packaging is especially perfect if you live with housemates, family, or snoopy neighbors. The only information visible is your name, shipping address, and the shipping courier (UPS or USPS) that you selected.
Unfortunately, we can only correct shipping addresses within a very small window after an order is placed. We are not able to change or modify the shipping address for orders that have already been shipped. Depending on how quickly you contact customer service, we may be able to have UPS re-direct your package, however this will cause you to incur an additional fee. SAKULOVEInc is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are shipped to an address that we are provided with. For assistance with your order, please contact us.
If you contact customer service, we can assist you with having the signature requirement for delivery removed from your order and credited back to you. We are only able to modify the signature requirement before your order ships. If your order has already shipped, we can have the package rerouted to a local UPS customer service facility. Please contact customer service with the address to your local facility as soon as possible after your order is placed. SUKULOVE Inc is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that do not require a signature for delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, Sakulove only accepts returns or exchanges on unopened (a.k.a. sealed) products or if the product you received is deemed to be faulty. Proof of purchase is required to process a warranty claim. If you purchased via www.mysakulove.com, we already have your details on file.

Yes, SAKULOVE toys are 100% waterproof to maximize your pleasure. Also, they are super easy to clean. But Sakulove Vast Massager is not waterproof. Submerging the wand in water during cleaning or playtime will damage it and void the warranty. We recommend cleaning the head of your Sakulove massager with a damp cloth and a toy cleaner or warm water and mild anti-bacterial soap.
After each use, clean your vibrator with gentle, fragrance-free hand soap and rinse it clean with lukewarm tap water. Then, gently pat it dry with a clean towel or microfibre cloth.
Always use Sakulove Water-Soluble Collagen Lubricant, preferably Sakulove products, since they are developed to maximize your pleasure.
